I grew up in Live Oak, Florida, where I fell in love with music long before I ever imagined recording my own songs. I picked up a guitar and started writing songs and leading worship at 15. From my hometown to the University of Florida and stages across Florida, music has always been part of my story.
But life has a way of taking you down roads you didn't expect. Marriage, raising three daughters, ministry, and all the beautiful chaos in between filled the years. Through it all, the songs never stopped coming, even when pursuing music took a back seat.
Then came three weeks that changed everything. A cancer scare left me waiting for answers and thinking about all the things I'd put off. Somewhere in those weeks, the fear of putting myself and my music out into the world started to disappear. I realized I didn't want to spend another day waiting for the perfect time to chase a dream I'd carried for so long.
Today, I'm an independent singer-songwriter blending country, Southern rock, and soul, writing about real life, love, heartbreak, faith, and the things that matter most.
My latest project, Season One: The Things That Matter Most, tells three stories through three songs: Hometown Famous, Lay Me Down, and Come Back to Me. They're about remembering where you came from, fighting for the people you love, and knowing your worth.
I'm not chasing fame. I just want to make honest music, share it with regular people, and hopefully leave them with something that matters.
